Foojee Technician Verification is the latest feature from Foojee that is designed to elevate your organization's security. When working with a Foojee team member, we want you to feel confident that you can trust the person you’re talking to is actually from Foojee.
We suggest that you use this feature if you are discussing sensitive data, requesting to reset a password, changing access permissions, or with anything else you feel requires an extra layer of verification.
To verify the Foojee Technician simply text #verify to 833-986-4536. You and the Foojee technician will both receive the same 6 digit code. The Foojee team member will then share the 6 digit code with you. If the code matches, type #confirm and your technician has been verified!
