Some of you may have seen our posts on LinkedInX, and Facebook, over the past couple of months about a brand new role we developed, the Client Success Manager. We received the most applicants ever for a position at Foojee, and the leadership team was humbled to have the opportunity to select from dozens of high caliber candidates from around the country. As a fellow small business, you know the immense gratitude you feel when you're able to attract such high quality people to your company. And let me tell you that I cannot wait for you to meet the person we selected. (And for her to meet you too!)

Meet Anna Walker!

She’s joining as Foojee’s first Client Success Manager

After many weeks of interviews, we're thrilled to announce our newest member of the team, Anna Walker. She embodies our core values to a "T", and has already made our team stronger since she joined. In the coming weeks we'll be sharing more about her, and we wanted to start by sharing how this investment will impact you. I'm crazy proud of our team's growth. It's because of our partnership with you, our Foojee Service Plan members, that we are able to create this new role where 100% of their activities will impact you directly. As Client Success Manager, Anna will provide the following services to your existing partnership with Foojee:

  1. A single point of contact for account related questions.

  2. Expertise on the latest cybersecurity practices.

  3. Strategic direction on your IT environment.

  4. Assistance with purchasing IT resources from both Foojee and Foojee's partners (like Apple, Google, Microsoft, and our other cloud partners).

We've heard some of your requests about having a single point of contact, and we're thrilled to meet that request, and a whole lot more, with Anna's addition to the team. We've been working with peers in the industry, and using feedback directly from you, to create a role that is uniquely Foojee, and we think it's the start of something very special that will set a new standard of excellence in our work.

Anna will be contacting our Foojee Service Plan members in the coming days. I know for many of you the Summer season is in full swing, but know that Foojee is running on all cylinders for you and your team. We've just switched to a better backup solution (in the background), rolled out a breakthrough email security product, and we've got more exciting announcements in the hopper for this year!
